BROOKFIELD, CT — For people who don’t want to spend hours or even days cooking and cleaning up from a big turkey dinner, several restaurants in Brookfield are open Thanksgiving Day.

  • Red Colony Diner, at 121 Federal Road, is open until 10 p.m. - Brookfield
  • La Promesa at 540 Federal Road, will be open until 4 p.m.
  • Main Moon at 782 Federal Road will open at 2 p.m. and is "likely to close early," they told us.
