The discovery caused several rooms to be cleaned after a teacher found fungi under a chair. Parents were reportedly notified Friday of the discovery. Powers Environmental of New Milford conducted air quality tests, which came back positive for Aspergillus/Penicillium. Another air quality test was conducted Tuesday.
