NEWTOWN, CT — A Brookfield woman was charged with driving under the influence in Newtown on Nov. 15, according to Newtown Police. Nora Gharaibeh, 50, was stopped after police saw her driving erratically on Barnabas Road. Police investigated, and determined Gharaibeh was under the influence.
