NEW FAIRFIELD, CT — Court documents indicate a man accused of raping and murdering his roommate at a home on Candlewood Lake admitted to committing the crimes to police, reports the News Times. Steven Flood, 32, is charged with murder with special circumstances and first-degree sexual assault.
