Patricia Ann (Sweeney) Creighton, 88, of Southbury, CT, died peacefully at her home on Monday, September 11, 2017. She was born in Buffalo, New York on March 14, 1929, daughter of the late John Henry and Magdelina Helen (Yung) Sweeney.

She is survived her sons, Daniel Creighton and his wife, Cynthia Blankenship, Robert Creighton and his wife, Marianne; her four daughters, Christine Laubin and her husband, Carl, JoAnn Creighton, Kathleen Creighton and her companion Joseph Dolen, and Mary Jane Creighton; and eleven grandchildren, Alexandra, Bradley and Russell Creighton, Sophie Sarkodie, Maxim Laubin, and Lucy Mamiya, Daniel, and Carolyn Conant, Jennette June, Robb and Danielle Levine. She is also survived by two great grandchildren Ben and Nina Sarkokie.

There are no formal services. Cremation and interment in St. Barnabas’ Episcopal Church Cemetery in Upper Marlboro, MA will take place at the convenience of the family.
