A Summer To Remember At Brookfield Theatre

"Camelot" on stage July 11 to August 2

Travel with Brookfield Theatre from the magical forests of Merlin to the castle of King Arthur, Guenevere, and the Knights of the round table. The winner of four Tony awards, the much loved classic musical Camelot includes "If Ever I Would Leave You," "The Lusty Month of May," and of course "Camelot." With a story of courage and promise, betrayal and forgiveness, Camelot is filled with idealism and hope for the future.

The Brookfield production is directed by the incomparable Jane Farnol, a veteran of the American Shakespeare Festival Theatre as well as Broadway and television with numerous regional directing credits. Sarah Fay, who previously musical directed the acclaimed productions of The Producers and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street at Brookfield, is the musical director with the multi-talented Jessica Chesbro as choreographer and Adam Battelstein, of Catapult Entertainment, as fight choreographer. The talented cast features Jared Reynolds as King Arthur, Jennifer Wallace as Guenevere, Billy Hicks as Lancelot, and James Murphy as Mordred.

Performances will be held at Brookfield Theatre located on Route 25 by the library from July 11 through August 2 on Friday and Saturday at 8 PM with matinees on Sunday at 2PM. Reserved seating tickets are $35 adults, $30 for seniors, and $25 for and students. Reservations can be made at www.BrookfieldTheatre.org. There will also be a free preview for area senior citizens on Thursday, July 10 at 8 PM.
