BROOKFIELD, CT — No injuries were reported following an accident where a truck crashed off a roadway near the New Milford border.

Emergency workers closed down the area on Candlewood Lake Road between North Mountain and the New Milford town line Monday night following the incident.

Photos of the crash taken at the site by the Brookfield Volunteer Fire Company show a Chevrolet pickup truck in the brush on the side of the road, its hood damaged.
