Choosing the perfect wine at Francesca's Wine Bar and Bistro may largely depend on a customer's taste and choice of meal.
But bartender Don Nadeau said if he had to pick one middle-of-the-road wine that could go with nearly anything it would be Round Pond Estate's Cabernet Sauvignon, which goes for $55 a bottle.
"It's really a delicious wine," Nadeau said. "Every time we turn a customer on to it, they really love it."
The wine bar, 105 Main St., Collinsville, currently opens at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The kitchen closes at 9 p.m. Wednesday, 10 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and 8 p.m. Sunday.
