Canton High School's Dispatches from China Part 2

In the midst of a two-week trip to China, students from Canton High School visited two schools April 16. Activities included paper cutting, Chinese calligraphy, KungFu, Drumming, soccer, receiving gifts and visiting classes. The group also managed to squeeze in lunch, a visit to a brand new, yet-to-open Science Museum and dinner at the 5 star Hong Kong Hotel. Next it's off to Shanghai by bus and high-speed train.

In all 20 students and three chaperones, along with students and staff from Housatonic Valley Regional High School, are in the midst of a two-week trip to China. It will include a visit to Canton High's sister school in Jining, China.

Later in the school year students and four teachers from Jining will visit Canton.
