Canton Library's Jane Austen Celebration Continues With Film Series

CANTON, CT — The Canton Public Library's ongoing celebration of the 250th birthday of iconic English author Jane Austen continues next week.

All next week, the library is hosting a film showing of one of the film adaptations of her books.

Tea and cocoa will be available and, possibly, cake. No registration required. Folks can just just drop in to the library, which is located at 40 Dyer Ave.

The schedule of movies is as follows:

Monday: Pride and Prejudice (2005)

Tuesday: Sense and Sensibility (1995)

Wednesday: Emma (2020)

Thursday: Mansfield Park (1999)

Friday: Persuasion (2007)
