Canton Road Closed Due To Tree Over Wires
There is no estimate as to when the road will reopen.
CANTON, CT — A town road was closed on Thursday due to a tree's encounter with utility wires.
According to the Town of Canton, from Olsen Road to East Mountain Road, was "temporarily closed" Thursday due to a tree "hanging over power lines."
Motorists were asked to "please use caution in this area."

Only emergency vehicles are allowed to pass in that area, according to town officials, and motorists are asked to take alternate routes.
