Canton Town Hall Well Represented At Statewide Convention

CANTON, CT — The Town of Canton was well represented recently at the 2024 Connecticut Conference of Municipalities annual convention.

The town said former Canton Chief Administrative Officer Robert “Bob” Skinner, who retired this year, received the Joel Cogen Lifetime Achievement Award.

"Bob recently retired after 16 years of dedication & outstanding service to the Town of Canton," wrote the town.

Meanwhile, Canton Public Library Director Sarah McCusker received the Certified Connecticut Municipal Officer certificate at the Connecticut Conference of Municipalities.

This was for completing required training sessions and hours of training.
