CANTON, CT — The town has once again put out a call to arms of sorts for folks to serve the community on one of many municipal boards and commissions.

The Town of Canton is looking for residents who want to volunteer their time for several open board and commission slots.

Residents who are registered to vote and would like to give back to their community can apply for one of the vacancies by completing the "Board/Commission Volunteer Application" and sending it to: Mark Penney, Chief Administrative Officer; P.O.
