Canton Youth Soccer Hosting Fund-Raising Event At Shopping Destination

CANTON, CT — The local soccer club is the beneficiary of a special event tonight (Friday, Sept. 15) at the Shops at Farmington Valley in Canton.

Part of the shopping destination's regular, "Sunset Social" series, the benefit is for the Canton Soccer Club and it will be from 6 to 8 p.m. at the 110 Albany Turnpike shopping destination.

As part of the program, kids will enjoy a magic show with Derek Whitneck of Magic by Derek at 7 p.m. and the new “Putt at The Shops” course.

Guests can enjoy Sunset Socials outdoors on the patio at the 110 Grill restaurant.

Participating shops and eateries include: Mercato Italian Kitchen and Bar, Brighton Collectibles, Harvey and Lewis, 110 Grill, Kindred and Crew, Sur La Table, American Flatbread and more.

The first 50 registered will receive complimentary Shops at Farmington Valley totes.

Register online for tickets through The Shops website or through Eventbrite. The cost is $10 per family and all proceeds are donated to the Canton Soccer Club.
