Invasive Plant Species Targeted By Canton Program
The event will take place at Mills Pond Park on Friday.
CANTON, CT — Summer is definitely in full blast and its the time of year where things grow in our yards that, sometimes, we cannot identify.
They're invasive plants and if a health horticultural ecosystem is to be maintained, they must be removed.
Canton on Friday will host a special program at Mills Pond from 10 a.m. to noon that will show folks just how to identify and remove invasive plants so our beloved native species can flourish.
