Master Gardener Offers Growing Advice At Canton Library
The Canton Public Library is hosting 'office hours' for an expert gardener to help folks with their questions on growing.
CANTON, CT — Trying to grow something and you just need a little help?
Just go to the Canton Public Library.
But you don't need to check out a book (though that's always an option), you just have to talk with a volunteer master gardener who is one duty at certain times during the summer.

On Saturday, July 29, one will be available at the library — located at 40 Dyer Ave. — to give some growing advice to locals, whether its for indoor or outdoor gardens.
"Bring photos or samples of the things that are giving you trouble," wrote the library. "And while you're here, check out our extensive collection of gardening books, too."

The expert gardener will be available for drop-in advice from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
Another 10 a.m. to noon session will take place at the library on Saturday, Aug. 19, while a Tuesday, Aug. 8, session is slated for 5 to 7 p.m.
