Month-Long Road Project Starts Tuesday In Canton
Traffic is expected to be disrupted for the duration of the project.
CANTON, CT — A major road project that starts Tuesday, Aug. 27, is expected to take a month and impact travel locally during that time.
The Town of Canton said the public works department will begin road construction on Secret Lake Road, from Albany Turnpike to Town Line Road.
Construction (including paving) will take place over the next month.

"Please use caution in this area. emergency vehicles, school buses, and local traffic will be allowed to pass," wrote the town Tuesday.
