National Retailer To Open Canton Store This Weekend

CANTON, CT — A major shopping destination in Canton is hosting a special event Saturday, Sept. 20, to celebrate the grand opening of its latest retailer.

The Shops at Farmington Valley has announced the official grand opening of J. Crew Factory on that day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

"Shoppers are invited to join a full day of fashion, fun, and festivities as one of America’s favorite brands opens its doors in the heart of the Farmington Valley community," wrote The Shops in an announcement.

J. Crew Factory is known for colorful, classic styles for the whole family at moderate prices.

“We’re thrilled to welcome J.Crew Factory to The Shops at Farmington Valley, an iconic brand our community has been asking for and one that underscores our dedication to bringing elevated fashion experiences to the center,” said Elizabeth Ackerman, general manager of The Shops at Farmington Valley, which is located at 110 Albany Turnpike (Route 44).
