Residents can expect to see construction vehicles and activity off Bahre Corner Road for a 12-lot subdivision, town officials said.
The plan for "Shallot Meadow," set on some 30 acres, was approved years ago but is just now coming to fruition, officials said. About 9 acres will be set aside as open space.
The land falls largely behind Hickory Ledges Farm.
