2 More Tenants Joining Massive Development In Cheshire: Report

The new tenants are the latest businesses to be joining The Shops at Stone Bridge development in Cheshire, according to a report.

CHESHIRE, CT — A Starbucks with a drive-thru and a new nail salon are the latest businesses to be joining The Shops at Stone Bridge development in Cheshire, according to The Connecticut Scoop.

The Connecticut Scoop reports the Starbucks is expected to open in 2026, while 90’s Nails is expected to open later this year.

The Shops at Stone Bridge will be anchored by a Whole Foods Market grocery store and joined by TJ Maxx, and several other retailers, including Barnes & Noble, Saybrook Home, Choice Pet, Chipotle, Birdcode, and others.

“The Shops at Stone Bridge will be a 155,000-square-foot retail and lifestyle destination anchored by Whole Foods, ideally situated within the vibrant community of Cheshire,” according to the development listing at the Regency Centers website. “Strategically positioned at the junction of I-691 and Route 10, near I-84, the center will boast two signalized entrances for convenient access. Route 10 serves as the primary North and South commercial corridor. Cheshire is a thriving suburb of Hartford and New Haven. Embedded within the Stone Bridge Crossing master-planned community, the center will be seamlessly integrated. This expansive 107-acre development will include 140 residential units along with plans for a 300-unit multi-family complex and a proposed hotel.”
