Advance Auto Parts To Close Store In Cheshire: Report
The Cheshire location is closing as part of the retailer's plan to close more than 700 stores nationwide.
CHESHIRE, CT — The Advance Auto Parts store in Cheshire is closing as part of the retailer’s plan to close more than 700 stores nationwide, according to the New Haven Register.
The Register reports the Cheshire location at 935 South Main St. has begun its liquidation sale with “Everything Must Go” signs posted on the windows.
Advance Auto Parts announced in November plans to close about 500 corporate stores and 200 independently owned stores by mid-2025 as part of a strategic plan to “improve business performance with a focus on core retail improvements.”
