The Record-Journal reports documents show Barnes &amp; Noble will occupy an 18,000-square foot space next to T.J. Maxx in The Shops at Stone Bridge. Officials couldn't confirm Barnes &amp; Noble was coming to the plaza until a lease was finalized, according to the Record-Journal.
