Ray is a sweet little guy who was found in the parking lot of a local business. He seems to be partially blind only seeing shadows. He is very friendly but should be placed in an adult/older children only home due to his sight problems. Ray needs a loving home who understands his limitations.
No older than 5 years, he loves soft, kind voices, company and attention.
