No Costumes on Halloween for Cheshire's Middle Schoolers
A Halloween "Spirit Day" bans costumes at Dodd Middle School

The most recent edition of "Dateline Dodd," the middle school's newsletter, notes that costumes will not be allowed on Halloween, a school day.
Instead, a "Halloween Spirit Day" will be observed which allows students to wear "the colors of the season," according to the newsletter. Students are asked to wear orange black, yellow and white.
Masks are banned, but T-shirts, pins and small decorative items are allowed, the school said.
