• Sewer Use Charge Bills Delayed In Cheshire (patch.com) — Cheshire officials are warning residents that sewer use charge bills are delayed this year because of a processing issue, so payments for 2026 aren’t being accepted yet. The annual 2026 sewer fee for a single-family home is set at $490, and the Collector of Revenue will post updates on the town website as mailing and payment dates are finalized.
   

• State DMV installs 36 electric vehicle charging stations (wfsb.com) — Electric vehicle drivers in Cheshire can now use new Level 2 charging stations at the DMV branch on 1625 Highland Avenue, part of a statewide rollout of 36 chargers. The stations cost $0.32 per kilowatt and are funded through the VW Settlement Grant administered by state environmental officials, offering added convenience whenever you visit the area.
   

• Former Five-Star TE Luke Reynolds To Enter Transfer Portal (nittanysportsnow.com) — Penn State tight end Luke Reynolds, who once starred at Cheshire Academy in Cheshire, is expected to enter the NCAA transfer portal after his sophomore season. With three years of eligibility left and improved blocking grades, he’s seeking a bigger offensive role for 2026.
