Patricia (Wynne) Call obituary: Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home, East Haven

Patricia (Wynne) Call 82 of East Haven passed away at home on November 25, 2025. She was born February 25, 1943, in New Haven to Bernard and Lillian (Jaenicke) Wynne. Patricia is survived by her two children; Peter Longley (Kathy) of Cheshire and Bonnie Longley of East Haven along with five grandchildren, two great grandchildren, a sister, Carol Longley of East Haven and numerous nieces/nephews.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, son, Russell Longley and seven siblings; Bernard Wynne, Janet Wynne, Barbara Foote, Edward Wynne, William Wynne, Jackie Wynne and Thomas Wynne.

Pat grew up in the Momauguin section of East Haven, where she cherished many fond memories with family and friends. She enjoyed a distinguished career of more than thirty years at Covidien, formerly U.S. Surgical, where she also met her dearest friend, Becky Cummings. The two shared a close bond and lived together until Pat’s passing. Pat will be remembered for her thoughtfulness, her kind gestures, and her unwavering presence whenever someone is in need. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family will receive friends on Sunday November 30, 2025, from 2 to 5 PM in the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home (Clancy Funeral Home), 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven. All are welcome to meet and attend a graveside service on Monday, December 1 at 11 AM in East Lawn Cemetery, 58 River Street, East Haven.
