Known as Country Plaza, the property is located at 1111 S. Main St. It includes a two-story, 26,000-square-foot retail/office center on about two acres of property in "Cheshire's busy commercial corridor on Route 10," according to the statement. Businesses at the plaza include Toro Restaurant, La Cucina – prepared foods, multiple salons, medical, and professional offices including podiatry, eye care, therapy, attorneys, and more. The buyer was Kisco Funding Group. O,R&amp;L Commercial, LLC with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
