Public Hearing Set On Potential Sale Of 58 Acres In Cheshire
The developer will present their full plan to the Town Council and the public at the hearing.

CHESHIRE, CT — The Cheshire Town Council will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12 in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 84 South Main Street, Cheshire, to consider the potential sale of 58 +/- Acres of real property formerly owned by the State of Connecticut adjacent to Interstate 691 with frontage on Route 10 (subject property) to 3 Squared LLC for economic development purposes.
The Public is invited to attend and will be provided the opportunity to speak at the hearing. The Developer will be presenting their full plan to the Council and the Public at this hearing.
