Some State Parks Reopen but All State Swimming Areas Still Closed [RELEASE]

The state began to reopen state parks Tuesday afternoon but many remain closed.

The state has announced a number of parks have reopened but dozens remain closed. Swimming is still closed at all parks according to the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.

  • Fort Trumbull State Park (please note that the fishing pier is closed)
