Dave Melillo, Senior Commercial Associate with the Pearce Commercial North Haven office, secured the multi-year lease for Suite A3 at 408-412 Highland Avenue in Cheshire, Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced in a press release. The space will house a psychiatric therapy practice in the Cheshire Industrial Park. Renee Alberino, LMFT and Mary Ginnetti, LCSW are psychotherapists who work with individuals, couples, families and groups and strive to help their clients overcome various obstacles to bring their lives back into balance, according to the press release.
