Visions for Vacancies: Arby's on South Main Street

Recently many were surprised when Arby's closed its doors. The fast-food restaurant had opened several years ago, replacing Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, which operated out of the South Main Street building.

Since then the signs have been removed and the inside cleaned out and the building now stands empty. 

It's in one of the town's busiest commercial areas, in southern Cheshire near the Hamden line, drawing residents from both Hamden and Cheshire. There's now a sign in the window advertising the building for lease.

What do you think should go in the building? Another fast food restaurant? Another type of retail operation?
