2 Snow Chances in Clinton's 7-Day Forecast
After a fairly mild and quiet winter thus far, we could see some snow this week. Temps will be much colder too.

For this first time this winter season, the word snow appears twice in the National Weather Service forecast.
It’s still unclear whether we’ll be receiving any significant accumulation from either snow episode, but with the lack of wintry weather thus far, it still draws interest. And it will be much colder this week as highs will just approach the freezing mark.

No real accumulation is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday, according to the NWS. The snow, while not significant, could impact Tuesday’s evening commute home from work. Wind chill values Tuesday evening and during the day on Wednesday will be between 10 and 20. Winds may be gusty.

There is a 40- to 60-percent chance of snow, freezing rain and plain rain on Saturday and Sunday. We’ll know more as the week unfolds.

- Tuesday: Snow showers developing after 3 p.m., less than an inch possible
- Wednesday: Chance of flurries, partly sunny with temps in the mid- to upper- 20s
- Thursday: Partly sunny with temps in the low 30s
- Friday: Mostly sunny with temps in the lower 40s
- Saturday: Chance of rain or freezing rain after 1 a.m., rain and temps in low 40s
- Sunday: Chance of snow showers, temps in mid-30s
