The winning ticket was purchased at Sam’s Food Stores on Boston Post Road in Old Saybrook, and the winner’s identity remains private under Connecticut’s new lottery confidentiality law. 
• Man charged for allegedly secretly filming child undressing (qconline.com) — A Clinton resident has been charged with multiple offenses involving alleged creation of illegal images of a child, according to police. Authorities say the man is accused of secretly recording an 11-year-old girl in stages of undress.
