Christopher Dennis Allen, 57, formerly of Clinton, died at his home in Bella Vista, Arkansas on April 26, 2013.
Chris was born May 11, 1955, to the late Thomas B. and Nancy Allen. He worked at Chesebrough Ponds in Clinton for over 20 years.
He relocated from Connecticut to Arkansas several years ago for further job opportunities and he loved the natural beauty of Arkansas. During his time there, he was employed by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. He enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar, Yankee baseball, and especially loved his dog Jeter.
He is survived by his cherished wife, Regis Kennedy of Bella Vista, AR; his beloved children Christopher Allen of Clinton, CT, and Danielle Allen of Milford, CT.
He also leaves two brothers, Dr. Thomas B. Allen of Deep River, CT and Gregory Allen of New London, CT, and his sister Debbie Allen, of Milford, CT, and several loving nieces and nephews.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 3:00 to 5:00 on Friday, May 3, 2013 at the Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 2258 Forest Hills Blvd, Bella Vista, AR.
A memorial service will be held in his hometown of Clinton in the coming days. Memorial contributions may be made to VH1 Save the Music Foundation or Music Cares.org
