The Clinton Chamber of Commerce sponsors a SCORE workshop on Thur., May 16 from 8 to 9:30 am in the Community Room of the Clinton Police Department. All local businesspeople are welcome. There is no admittance charge. The workshop is sponsored by Liberty Bank. Assessing Your Business Health workshop will blend a thought model, useful guidelines and references, and participant experiences into practical framework for use in assessing business health and reviewing the ongoing viability of your business. Discussions to cover financial health, customer relations, marketing, management and employee relations, operations, and risk management. Presenter is retired business developer Michael Del Vecchio.
