Car Stolen From Danbury Gas Station: Report

Police say a Danbury man stole a car from a gas station just days after refusing to stop for Brookfield police.

The News Times reports that a Danbury man stole a car from a city gas station, days after refusing to stop for Brookfield police.

Police said that Darryl Mourning, 24, stole a 2002 S60 Volvo on June 2 after the driver left the car running while in a gas station.

Mourning was charged with first-degree larceny and violation of his license classification, according to the report.
