Jordy Joan Nieves-Tipan, 25, of Morris Street, Danbury, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 3:38 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 8.

Bushwar R. Henderson, 50, of Wildman Street, Danbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 4:28 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.

David Rafael Grullon, 41, of Lake Avenue, Danbury, was charged with intimidation of a witness, disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, threatening, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 8:09 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 14.

Marcos Abdala Cevallos-Guzman, 23, of Comstock Street, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and assault on an elderly victim at 3:39 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Paige M. Vasuturo, 30, of Locust Avenue, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:20 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 3.

William G. Rogers, 62, of Fordyce Court, New Milford, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 6:46 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 13.

Kiever Ismael Guncay-Matute, 24, of First Street, Danbury, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and failure to display lights at 1:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 2.

Justin Taveras, 19, of James Street, Danbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:49 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 3.

Claiton Alves Oliveira, 38, of Stony Hill Road, Brookfield, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to obey a stop sign, and possession of a controlled substance at 10:55 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 15.

June Kathleen Hogan, 70, of Knowlton Street, Watertown, was charged with failure to respond to a payable violation, second-degree failure to appear in court, and first-degree failure to appear in court at 9 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 3.

Bryam Danilo Culcay-Choglio, 23, of Balmforth Avenue, Danbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:17 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 6.

Manuel Jesus Cambizaca-Cambizaca, 41, of Coalpit Hill Road, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:25 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 3.

Keenan Devantae Nunez, 29, of Smith Street, Danbury, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 3:08 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 17.

William Fernando Mendez-Juna, 30, of Crows Nest Lane, Danbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, criminal attempt at third-degree burglary (two counts), conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, and third-degree criminal mischief at 10:03 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 6.
