City Of Danbury Hires Patch Inc To Fill Potholes
The City of Danbury has announced the hiring of Patch Inc to fill the potholes on the roadway in Danbury.
From The City of Danbury: To combat the annual issue of potholes and to keep our roads safe and smooth, the City of Danbury has hired Patch Management Inc. to fill potholes on our roadways. Patch Management Inc. are self-described as the “Pothole Killers.” They employ a unique truck- mounted asphalt spray machine that drives on roadways and fills potholes within minutes. The materials used are biodegradable and cost-effective.
“Last year, we were able to inspect the Pothole Killer’s operations and capabilities,” said Mayor Boughton. “The results are unparalleled. Potholes are filled in an extremely timely manner and will have long-lasting results. I believe this was the best choice for our residents and our roads.”
Patch Management began work this morning and will continue for approximately two weeks. In addition to the pothole killers, the Public Works Department will continue their consistent pothole management throughout the city.
