Crash On Danbury Highway Cleared: UPDATE

DANBURY, CT — A multi-vehicle wreck on Interstate 84 in Danbury resulted in traffic issues for motorists on Friday afternoon, according to the state Department of Transportation, but it is now cleared.

The DOT reports a two-vehicle crash on I-84 East between exits 5 and 7, resulting in the closure of the left lane.

The accident was first reported at 1:10 p.m., and it is no longer listed on the DOT's incident report.
