Danbury Officials Declare Snow Emergency
The declaration takes effect at 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, with all cars required to be moved away from street parking spots.

DANBURY, CT — The City of Danbury is expecting significant snowfall beginning today, Dec. 26, at 4 p.m. through Saturday, Dec. 27, until 1 p.m.
In anticipation of the storm, Danbury is calling a Level 2 Snow Emergency beginning at 3 p.m., Dec. 26.

A Level 2 Snow Emergency requires all cars to be moved off city roads, and we are recommending limited travel, only if necessary.
All cars must be moved off of city roads two hours after the start of a snow emergency, or they will be towed.
