Mark Schweitzer sold unit 27 Arrowwood Condos to Nicolas Bonacci on Nov. 26, for $175,000. Volume 2206, pages 849-50.
Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co sold 14 Grace St., to Elder Arias on Nov. 27 for $205,500. Volume 2206, pages 992-994.
U.S. Bank National Association sold 10 Spring Ridge Court to Peter Tam and Wui Yi Wong on Nov. 27 for $338,000. Volume 2206, pages 1066, 1067.
