Danbury Library Launches 2026 Winter Reading Bingo Challenge For All Ages
Danbury Library's Winter Reading Bingo Challenge runs through Feb. 28, offering prizes and reading prompts for all ages.
DANBURY, CT — Danbury Library has launched its annual Winter Reading Bingo Challenge, inviting readers of all ages to take part through Feb. 28.
The program encourages participants to complete reading and activity prompts on a bingo-style card, which can be picked up at any service desk in the library. Completing one full row earns an entry into a prize drawing, while finishing the entire board provides a second entry.
Prize baskets are donated by the Friends of the Danbury Library. This year’s grand prize includes winter-themed items along with four passes to Danbury Ice Arena, valid for 90 minutes of ice skating with skate rental included.

Completed bingo cards must be returned by the end of the day on Feb. 28. The prize drawing is scheduled for March 3, and the winner will be contacted directly by library staff.
