Police say Feliciano Huisha-Charco, 39, drove his car into a telephone pole at around 10 p.m. Friday, and ran from is car. Police say they found Huisha-Charco trying to climb a fence to get away from officers. When they tried to stop him, he kicked the officers and refused a breathalyzer test.
