Danbury Man Kicked Police During Arrest, Police Say: Report

Police say the man had crashed his car into a telephone pole.

DANBURY, CT — A city man allegedly kicked and ran from officers attempting to arrest him Friday night, reports the News Times.

Police say Feliciano Huisha-Charco, 39, drove his car into a telephone pole at around 10 p.m. Friday, and ran from is car.

Police say they found Huisha-Charco trying to climb a fence to get away from officers. When they tried to stop him, he kicked the officers and refused a breathalyzer test.
