Danbury Police: Assault 3rd Degree
A Danbury man was charged with assault Saturday at about 3 a.m. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
Danbury Police charged Wilson Chacho, 27, with third-degree assault and breach of peace at 3 a.m. Saturday in Danbury. Chacho was held on a $2,500 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court Monday.
Danbury Police charged Maximillan Rodriguez, 49, of Balmforth Avenue, Danbury, with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct at about 3 a.m. Sunday. Rodriguez was held on a $25,000 bond for an appearance in Danbury Superior Court Monday.
