Danbury Police: First-Degree Sexual Assault
Danbury Police charged a Waterbury man with first-degree sexual assault. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.

Danbury Police charged Danny Ward, 47, Waterbury, with first-degree sexual assault when Ward turned himself in at the Danbury Police headquarters Monday.
Ward was charged on a warrant from an incident that took place on Aug. 31. The victim was a 50-year-old woman. Ward was held on a $75,000 bond and he was arraigned in Danbury Superior Court Tuesday.
