Danbury Police: Man Shot

Danbury Police were called to Beaver Brook Street Park Tuesday at about 1:30 a.m. Tuesday. At the park police found a 36-year-old man lying in a pool of blood with a wound to his head. It was later determined by hospital personnel that he was shot with a small caliber bullet in his right buttock.  Witnesses in the area described a vehicle that police did later locate and the investigation is ongoing at this time.  Anyone with any information is asked to call the police tip line 203-790-8477 or 203-797-4611.
