Danbury Police charged Julio Rodriguez, 31, of Sheridan Street, Danbury, with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor Wednesday at about 7:15 p.m. Rodriguez was held on a $10,000 bond for a appearance in Danbury Superior Court Thursday. This information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. A person charged with a crime is innocent until having been convicted in court.
