The Hat City resident, identified only as "Winner" by the Connecticut State Lottery, played Cash Royale on a ticket they bought at <a href="https://www.ctlottery.org/WhereToPlay/117574" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Shirley's Spirit Shop</a> at 16 Great Plains Road on Friday, which paid out $50,000.
