Danbury Resident Stacy McManus Wood, 49, Passed Away Peacefully

Danbury, CT — Stacy McManus Wood, 49 beloved wife of Francis Carter Wood IV, passed away peacefully June 7, 2016, with her husband and family by her side.

A memorial service was held on June 18, 2016.

She was born April 17, 1967, in Danbury Connecticut to Nancy and Leo McManus. Stacy graduated from Henry Abbott Technical School and attended Western CT University.

She enjoyed traveling and volunteering for several organizations including KIDSTEPS. Stacy was a bright, hard-working passionate woman who cared for everyone around her.

Stacy is survived by her siblings, Debbie Demetrius and her husband Tom, Kristi Smith and her husband Larry, Leo McManus and his wife Sherry, Sean McManus and his wife Yoon and several nieces and nephews.
