Danbury Students to Learn About Water Conservation
A grant awarded to Western Connecticut State University supports a program to teach the community about water conservation and biodiversity.

Danbury middle school students and teachers will learn about water quality management with a new grant Western Connecticut State University received.
The $194,000 grant from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will support the university’s project “Finding Our Way,” which will offer information to Danbury Middle School students and families in the form of Saturday programs, NewsTimes reported.
The new program, set to begin in April, is about the stewardship of water resources and the biodiversity of watershed ecosystems, according to a new release, NewsTimes reported.
